These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between php288 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," "User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the php288 online gaming platform at php288.co and any associated mobile applications or software.

php288 is authorized to operate online gaming services in the Philippines under the regulatory supervision of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By creating an account or using any php288 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered php288 player account linked to a unique Philippine mobile number or email address.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds and applicable bonus funds held in a Player's php288 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under specific terms that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the php288 website at php288.co, including all associated pages, mobile applications, and services.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player that are immediately withdrawable, subject to completed KYC and applicable verification requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of bonus funds (or deposit plus bonus funds) that must be wagered on eligible games before Bonus Funds convert to Real Money Funds.

By registering an Account with php288, depositing funds, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the php288 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

php288 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the php288 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation in online gambling on the php288 platform is 21 years, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of php288 or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or business partners, including software providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of any third party.
• You do not have an existing php288 Account under any name or identity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether through php288 or the PAGCOR self-exclusion registry — that remains in force.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

php288 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to restrict or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the php288 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and any other information required by php288 or PAGCOR. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. php288 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Account Currency

All php288 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are processed in Philippine Peso. Currency conversion is not supported.

php288 is required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160, as amended) to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) program. All Players must complete identity verification before withdrawal privileges are granted.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC include: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID Card, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID, Postal ID, or PRC ID. A selfie photograph holding the presented document may also be required.

php288 may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address or source of funds, particularly for high-volume accounts. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction or termination.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

php288 accepts deposits exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, which currently include: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and the current list is always displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, subject to any higher minimums imposed by individual payment channels. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method and account tier.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and QR Ph are typically credited to your php288 Account within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. php288 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider.

6.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. php288 reserves the right to return funds suspected to originate from a third party and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the identity on your php288 Account. You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per request. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are specified on the Cashier page and may vary by account tier and payment method.

7.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are subject to a security review period. Standard processing times are: GCash and Maya — within 24 hours; Local bank transfers — within 1 to 3 business days. VIP tier members may benefit from expedited processing as described in the VIP Program terms.

7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied on eligible games. Any withdrawal request made while Bonus Funds are active and Wagering Requirements remain unsatisfied will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from those Bonus Funds, unless the Player explicitly requests cancellation of the bonus prior to requesting withdrawal.

7.5 Withdrawal Review

php288 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds or appear unusual relative to the Player's account history. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. Players will be notified of any such review and its expected duration.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by php288 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated per promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates per game category are listed in each promotion's terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

php288 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion with other Players, and exploitation of software errors. php288 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

8.4 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of crediting. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated per promotion.

All games and betting activities on the php288 Platform are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In addition, the following general betting rules apply across all sections of the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific game rules expressly permit cancellation.
• In the event of a disputed game result, php288's records shall be the primary reference. php288 reserves the right to void bets placed on games affected by software malfunctions, connectivity failures, or data integrity issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game's interface. These limits may vary by account tier.
• php288 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Player account at its discretion, without providing reasons, including in cases of suspected arbitrage, match-fixing awareness, or unusual betting patterns.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, display errors, or server malfunctions — php288 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account balance.
• For live casino and sports betting, results are determined by the game outcome at the point of final settlement. Disconnections during play do not void confirmed bets; the result stands as determined by the platform's records.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php288 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or using more than one Account simultaneously, or creating a new Account after a previous Account has been terminated or self-excluded.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or while subject to an active self-exclusion order.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment instrument use, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or system used by the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or other player-vs-player formats.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimize proceeds of criminal activity, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160, as amended).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing php288 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors rather than reporting them to php288 support.

php288 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct and to report such activity to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.

php288 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure alerts that notify them after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. Reactivation requests are not accepted during the cool-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude their Account. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed by contacting support. php288 participates in the PAGCOR shared self-exclusion registry.

The php288 name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of php288 or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of php288.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php288 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

php288's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

php288 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond php288's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, and acts of government.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits php288's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your php288 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at closure will be refunded to a verified payment account in your name, subject to KYC verification.

14.2 Termination by php288

php288 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false information; failure to complete KYC; engagement in prohibited conduct; receipt of a chargeback; instruction from PAGCOR or a competent authority; or any other reason that php288 reasonably determines threatens the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player subject to any ongoing investigations, chargebacks, or legal holds. Sections 10 (Prohibited Conduct), 13 (Limitation of Liability), and 16 (Governing Law) survive termination.

php288 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date noted at the top of this page, is the governing version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact php288 Customer Support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate regulatory body or court with competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

As a PAGCOR-authorized operator, php288 is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms. Players may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
